- Rates are for two people in a room and two to four people in a suite. Additional charges for more guests.
- Sunday - Thursday rates are applicable for May - September. Winter rates are for December - April.
- Rates include a complete breakfast for registered guests. Additional breakfast guests will pay restaurant prices.
- Additional meal services including lunch, dinner, and room service are available at additional charge.
- Posted room rates do not include applicable taxes and fees required by Jackson County or the State of North Carolina.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Rooms booked prior to rate changes will not be subject to additional charges if a deposit has been made and cleared
- Some stays will require a two or more day minimum.
- Extra persons per night: Adults - $15.00 Children - $10.00
- Discounts of 20% are given for a stay of a week or more. Larger discounts are available for longer stays.
- Holiday and weekends require a minimum stay.
